Bright pale straw colour with a water like hue. The nose displays distinct, fresh varietal characters. Ripe gooseberry top note, followed by tropical fruit. On the palate, flavours of gooseberry are followed by a touch of passionfruit. Clean acid backbone with a touch of lemon on the back palate. Aftertaste of gooseberry and spice.
