2007 Olivier Leflaive Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Dents De Chien

Bright pale straw colour with very faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Classic Burgundian nose with aromas of cashew, light white peach, spice and biscuit with a hint of toast as an end note showing very good lift and complexity. Still relatively youthful, some additional bottle age will fill out the palate and build further complexity. Flavours of cashew, citrus and spice followed by some biscuit and light toast. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of cashew, spice and biscuit. A very refined, elegant Chardonnay that’s a great introduction to White Burgundy.
Cellar 4-5 years (2014-2015).
