2007 North Star Dailuaine 14 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Dailuaine and sherry generally work well together to create a hugely flavoursome malt. This expression was distilled in 2007 and left for no less than 14 years to mature in a refill sherry cask before bottling in 2021 at 52.5% Alc./Vol. From an outturn of 659 bottles.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose – Black cherry and treacle. Palate – Waxy cinnamon and freshly baked croissant. Finish – Ginger snaps dunked into your black coffee.
