2007 Mr Riggs VOR-GS Riesling
Water like colour with water like hue. Delicate lime top note followed by hints orange blossom and spice. The palate displays flavours of lime, delicate tropical fruit and orange rind, with just a hint of mandarin. The palate is generous with a touch of residual sweetness emerging. Nuances of mandarin, lime, ripe pineapple and tropical fruit.

First Tasted, August 2007:
A superb Riesling inspired by the Spatlese wines of Germany. Brilliant water like colour with water like hue. Top note of lime, followed by tropical fruit and ripe mandarin – delivering a perfumed sniff. On the palate flavours of ripe pineapple, mango, spice and lychee over a background of ripe mandarin and lemon. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of ripe mandarin and lime.
