Deep purple crimson colour with purple crimson hue. Aromas of violets, cassis and cedar followed by some tobacco end notes. The palate is full bodied and quite mouthfilling with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, confectionary, cedar and spice with some cigar box back palate flavours. Fine grained, slightly dry, but well balanced tannin structure. Aftertaste of spice, blackcurrant, cedar and tobacco.
