2007 Maxwell Silver Hammer Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue – excellent colour saturation. The nose is restrained upon first sniff but slowly opens up to reveal aromas of vanilla, blackberry, confectionary and liquorice allsorts. Full bodied with flavours of dark plum, blackberry and confectionary with some spice end notes. Fine grained dryish tannins. Aftertaste of spice, dark plum and blackpepper.
