A Pinot which displays excellent colour and lift. Very deep black purple colour with mauve purple hue. Top note of cherry, spice and liquorice. The nose reflects the ‘big end’ of the Pinot spectrum, similar to Tarrington and Winchelsea. On the palate flavours of liquorice, black cherry and spice. Fine grained tannins. Sour cherry back palate. Aftertaste of black cherry.
