Bright pale gold colour with straw hue. The nose displays barrel ferment characters, yeast lees, honeycombe, cashew and butterscotch. The palate is on the light side with subtle flavours of citrus, toast and hazelnut characters emerging followed by a touch of cinnamon. Clean dry finish with modest aftertaste of hazelnut, yeast lees and some citrus. A delicate style.
