This wine is a blend of 97% Syrah, 1.5% Viognier and 1.5% Cabernet Franc. Semi translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Top note of spice followed by a hint of new leather and earth. The palate is delicate with flavours of new leather and earth with white pepper on the back palate. Fine well balanced tannins – an elegant wine. Aftertaste of spice, white pepper, new leather and plum.
