2007 M.Chapoutier Belleruche Cotes du Rhone

Deep dark crimson red colour with dark red mauve hue. Perfumed aromas of raspberry, plum and dark cherry followed by a hint of spice. Medium weight palate with flavours of black cherry, raspberry and spice followed by some meaty new leather like characters on the back palate. Fine grained, slightly chalky tannins with aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and leather.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
