The Chardonnay was fermented using wild yeasts and matured in French oak. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Delicate nose showing excellent refinement and reminiscent of Petaluma Chardonnay. Aroma of honeycomb, biscuit, melon and yeast lees. Refined palate with flavours of white peach, melon, honeycomb, biscuit and yeast lees. Excellent weight and mouthfeel. Long aftertaste of biscuit, yeast lees, honey, melon and white peach.
