The nose is superb – displaying very pronounced varietal character. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Intense lime top note, followed by strong orange blossom. The palate is far more austere than the nose suggests. The lemon flavour component drives the palate, giving the wine a sense of minerality. Very crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of lemon and lime, with lime continuing to dominant.
