There is a sense of austerity about this wine. Bright straw colour with water like hue. Lifted nose showing notes of spice, tropical fruit, hints of lime and honey. Lemon is the dominant palate flavour, supported by a strong acid backbone and lime background. Crisp acid finish with lemon lime aftertaste.
