Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with dark red mauve hue. The nose displays dark cherry and anise aromas followed by some cedar and spice. Light to medium weight the palate delivers flavours of dark cherry, spice and cedar showing only moderate power. Fine grained tannins. Modest aftertaste of dark cherry and spicy cedar.
