An outstanding classic style Clare Riesling with crisp acid structure.
Only 38% of the juice was used to produce this exceptional wine. Brilliant green gold colour with water like hue. Top note of lime followed by ripe tropical fruit delivering a floral lift. There is evidence of some lime and honeycomb flavours emerging. Crisp acid backbone – Austere but balanced. Aftertaste of honeycomb and lime.
