2007 Heggies Reserve Chardonnay

Fermented & matured for 14 months in French oak barriques of which 56% were new and 44% one year old. Pale straw colour with green tinge. Aromas of biscuit, white peach, roast almond, cashew and light butterscotch. Palate flavours of peach, melon, cashew, biscuit and nougat. Creamy texture. Aftertaste of biscuit, cashew and light butterscotch.
