A sophisticated ‘White Burgundy’ style. Bright, straw colour with pale gold hue. The nose reflects the fruit source – the cool climate growing areas of SA & WA. There is a sense of elegance, with aroma of white peach, yeast lees, spice, figs and melon. Creamy textured palate – elegant flavours of lemon, grapefruit, citrus, yeast lees and spicy oak. Clean acid finish. Very long aftertaste of spicy oak, fig and melon.
