Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue, with a green tinge. The nose is quite exotic, with floral lime top note, followed by lime and tropical fruit end notes. The palate is fuller than the Springvale Riesling, however, it is still a tight wine. Mineral, spice and lime flavour characteristics fill the palate. Crisp acid finish, with long lime aftertaste.
