Moss Wood’s Keith Mugford supervises the winemaking at Fraser Gallop. Bright straw colour with green tinge. Top note of yeast lees, followed by biscuit and butterscotch, showing good barrel ferment characteristics. The palate displays good complexity with a creamy texture and flavours of yeast lees, hazelnut, citrus and grapefruit on the back palate. Toasted oak back palate flavours over a layer of hazelnut, spice and yeast lees. Long aftertaste of hazelnut, yeast lees and toasted oak.
