The fruit for this wine has been sourced from neighbouring properties in the northen Yallingup sub-region of Margaret River. The 2007 vintage was one of the earliest on record. The wine is composed of 60% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Chardonnay.
Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate grassy confectionary nose with hints of unripe gooseberry. Flavours of tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry over a light grassy herbaceous back palate. Clean finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry.
