Brilliant very pale greenish tinged straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays lifted scents of white peach and cashew followed by some spicy oak and a hint of nougat and citrus. Medium weight the palate delivers a refined flavour profile of cashew, nectarine, biscuit and spice with the cashew and spice persisting onto the back palate. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of cashew, spice and hazelnut.
