Bright straw colour with pale gold edges and pale straw hue. The nose displays refined aromas of cashew, biscuit, lees and toast followed by some spice and a hint of honeycombe as an end note. Medium weight palate with flavours of delicate white peach, cashew, biscuit and spice with a lemon mineral undertone. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of lemon, biscuit and lees along with some emerging hazelnut characters.
