Opaque black crimson red colour with black crimson hue. Aromas of spicy blackcurrant, aniseed and cedar. Medium to full bodied palate with flavours at the riper end of the spectrum – ripe blackcurrant, aniseed, spice and confectionary. Firm slightly dry tannins but in balance. Aftertaste of aniseed, blackcurrant and spice.
