Deep straw colour with green tinge and pale straw like hue. The nose displays strong barrel ferment characteristics of roast almonds, hazelnut and toast followed by some white peach notes. Medium weight displaying a creamy texture with flavours of cashews, almonds, nougat and white peach followed by some toast background flavours. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, cashews and hazelnut.
