2007 Cloudy Bay Pelorus Vintage

Excellent white frothy mousse showing very good hold with a very fine and profuse bead. Pale straw pale gold base wine colour. The nose shows good lift and complexity with aromas of toasty baked bread, yeast lees, a touch of citrus and cashew emerging from the glass. The palate is quite elegant with delicate toasty flavours, citrus, cashew and yeast lees present. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of citrus, toast and yeast lees.
