The perfect light, refreshing summer drink.
Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue. Gooseberry top note, followed by restrained grassy and tropical fruit end notes. The palate is light, flavoursome and ‘evaporative’ – a second bottle should be on stand-by. Gooseberry and anise flavours emerge. Clean finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry and spice.
