2007 Bird in Hand Two In The Bush Cabernet Merlot

Deep dark red colour with dark red mauve hue. The nose displays a top note of mulberry followed by cedar, blackcurrant and spice. The palate displays good richness with medium weight. Flavours of ripe mulberry and blackcurrant dominate followed by some spice and cedar. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry and spicy cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
