Best’s Bin 0 Shiraz is produced from Best’s oldest plantings and selected from the lowest yielding blocks of the historic Concongella vineyards at Great Western. Maturation takes place in French oak.
Opaque dark crimson red black colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose is a very refined and sophisticated sniff delivering perfumed aromas of blackberry, dark plum, violets, spice and blackpepper. Medium bodied palate with an elegant flavour profile of blackberry, ink, confectionary, spice and blackpepper. Very fine grained dry but balanced tannins with a long aftertaste of blackberry, spice and blackpepper.
