2007 Bellarmine Shiraz

Very deep black mauve purple hue. Lifted nose of violet, plum and blackberry juice. The palate displays flavours of plum and spice over a dark cherry background with a hint of confectionary on the back palate. Aftertaste of dark cherry and ripe plum.
