2006 YarraLoch Cabernets

Opaque black crimson dark red colour with very deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar and spice showing good varietal character. Full bodied the palate possesses plenty of volume and richness with mouthfilling flavours of cassis, ripe blackcurrant, cedar and spice. Firmish and slightly dryish tannins but in balance with the concentrated ripe fruit. Excellent depth with long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedar and spice.
Cellar a further 3-4 years (2014-2015).
