The 2006 Wild Ferment Chardonnay is more restrained than the 2005.
Brilliant straw colour with light green straw hue. Delicate top note of tropical fruit, peach and melon. There is some light lees palate flavours followed by peach, melon, tropical fruit and some light oak emerging. Light tropical fruit aftertaste.
