Winemaker Peter Flewellyn has again produced an excellent cool climate Chardonnay, with strong varietal flavour. Brilliant gold straw colour with straw hue, showing some oxidative handling. Top note of honeycomb, followed by nougat, yeast lees, cashew and hazelnut. Creamy palate texture. Flavours of honeycomb, nougat and cashew fill the palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of honeycomb and nougat.
