A finalist for the Jimmy Watson Trophy. The wine displays opaque black crimson colour with black crimson purple hue, showing excellent colour. The nose is very impressive, delivering a perfumed lift with top note of black cherry, spice, vanilla and blackcurrant. Slightly chalky tannins. Back palate of dark cherry, spice and black pepper. A well made, full bodied red but without great depth.
