A fabulous independent selection from one of Armagnac's top producers. The slow-burn bouquet runs the gamut of traditional notes including dried figs, plums, curacao, new leather and light rancio. A sustained sweetness avoids the tannic dryness of many equivalents, rolling out with suggestions of walnut infused chocolate, old muscat, pepper, cinnamon, cedar and impeccable fruit-oak balance. This relative bargain in wood-aged spirits delivers just about everything you could desire from a mature Armagnac, plus a little bit more besides. 100% Baco grapes. 294 bottles produced. 54.8% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
