2006 Water Wheel Bendigo Shiraz - Museum Release

Produced from estate-grown fruit in Victoria's Bendigo region, the 2006 Water Wheel Shiraz reflects the warm, dry conditions for which the region is renowned. The vineyards, originally planted in the 1970s and later expanded by the Cumming family, are managed with an emphasis on low yields to promote concentration and structure. Following fermentation, the wine was matured in American oak hogsheads before release. This Museum Release has been carefully cellared by Nicks Wine Merchants since its original arrival, offering a rare opportunity to experience a mature example of Bendigo Shiraz.
