Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Top note of cedar followed by spice, blackcurrant and cigar box end note. The wine shows good varietal character. On the palate the fruit is a touch subdued and the structure remains tightly knit. Blackcurrant, cedar and spice flavours with fine balanced tannins. A touch of tea leaf emerges. Good weight and length. A Cabernet that need 3-4 years to evolve.
