This is Trevor Jones’ 21st vintage of Unwooded
Chardonnay. Made from free run juice. Bright straw
colour with pale straw hue. Restrained nose with top note of
fig and melon, followed by a hint of pear and white peach.
The palate flavour profile is quite light, showing an elegance of
style. Flavours of citrus, spice, tropical fruit and peach appear.
Clean finish. Spicy back palate.
