Excellent mousse – creamy delicate pink head. Very fine persistent bead with pale pink base wine. Delicate strawberry top note, followed by a hint of biscuit. Creamy palate texture – light flavours of biscuit and strawberry, followed by a lemon back palate. Clean acid finish. A fuller style sparkling.
