Bright deep straw colour with green tinge. Top note of yeast lees, cashew and hazelnut showing strong barrel ferment character with a honeycomb end note. Creamy palate texture, with flavours of yeast lees, honeycomb and cashew. The palate flavours lack the promise of the nose. Soft acid finish.
