An impressive Chardonnay produced from fruit grown in Geelong, Macedon, Beechworth and Cardinia Ranges. Bright pale straw colour with water like hue and delicate green tinge. Lifted nose of biscuit, yeast lees, white peach and spice showing good varietal character. The palate has impressive weight with flavours of biscuit, yeast lees and a hint of toasted oak. Clean finish. Spice and toasted oak aftertaste.
