Bright gold colour with pale gold hue, showing some bottle age and oxidative handling. Aroma of butterscotch, biscuit and hazelnut followed by a spicy end note showing distinctive barrel ferment character. Creamy texture, hints of lemon, over tropical fruit and yeast lees. Generous weight. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of butterscotch and tropical fruit.
