Winemaker Graeme Jakes has added 25% Cabernet to this blend. Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Lifted nose of plum, followed by spice, blackcurrant and a hint of liquorice. On the palate flavours of liquorice allsorts, plum, spice and cedar. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of spice, confectionary and liquorice allsorts. A well made Commercial style.
