2006 Reilly's The Dancer Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in French oak for 22 months. Totally opaque, black dark red colour with very deep, dark red black hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant and spearmint as top notes followed by some spice and cedar background aromas showing good intensity. The palate displays excellent weight, concentration and richness with generous flavours of dark chocolate, liquorice and spice with some mint characters on the back palate. Very fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of dark chocolate, cassis, spice and a hint of mint.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014)
