An excellent example of a central Victorian Shiraz.
Opaque deep crimson purple colour with crimson mauve hue. Aromas of liquorice allsorts, confectionary, stewed plum, spice and toast. Flavours of black pepper, spice and liquorice allsorts are to the fore followed by some plum and confectionary characters. Fine grained dryish tannins but in balance. Very long blackpepper, spice, liquorice and blackberry aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years (2013-2014).
Alc/Vol: 14.9%
