Bright straw colour with water like hue. Top note of yeast lees followed by butterscotch, ripe melon and tropical fruit showing light barrel ferment characteristics. The palate flavour profile is light with hints of pineapple, followed by nuances of tropical fruit and a touch of lees. The palate lacks length and depth. Slightly chalky aftertaste.
