Semi translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Perfumed nose – top note of violets, followed by strawberry, spice, dark cherry and strawberry jam. The palate delivers very good length. Velvet tannin structure. Hints of toasted oak on the back palate. Flavours of cherry, plum and spice. Very spicy aftertaste of toast and cherry.
