Deep straw pale gold colour with pale straw hue. Aromas of toast, hazelnut, biscuit, lees and honeycombe. The palate displays more intensity than the nose with rich concentrated flavours of hazelnut, biscuit, less, honeycombe and toast with some spiciness on the back palate. Good complexity. Soft acidity and creamy texture. Aftertaste of hazelnut, honeycombe and toast with some spice persisting.
