Very pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose has a delicate freshness. Subtle top note of tropical fruit, followed by unripe gooseberry and confectionary. The palate flavours are light, with gooseberry and tropical fruit evident. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry, followed by a grassy herbaceous character.
