An impressive Chardonnay made by Edward Tomlinson.
Bright pale straw colour with green tinge and water like hue. Top note of yeast lees, followed by melon, fig and biscuit. Refined palate showing complexity and barrel ferment characteristics. Flavours of citrus and grapefruit over fig and melon. Yeast lees and hazelnut on the back palate. Excellent length, long aftertaste of grapefruit, hazelnut and yeast lees.
