The fruit for this wine has been sourced from small parcels grown on Kalleske blocks. Very deep almost opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Top note vanilla, spice and blackberry. Flavours of liquorice, plum, vanilla and blackberry followed by a hint of dark chocolate. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberry and spice. The wine falls a touch short on the palate.
